What are the office hours?
A manager is at our onsite office Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 4 pm. You can also call us at 920-437-1184 and schedule an appointment for a time that works for you.
What are the access hours?
You can access your unit 24/7.
What is your minimum rental term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options, with a 90 day minimum. Store with us short or long-term.
What type of units do you offer?
We offer the biggest size mix of self storage units in the Green Bay area. Units vary in amenities (i.e. power, lights, climate controlled...) We also have indoor parking spaces, shop/warehouse space and commericial space.
Can I reserve a unit in advance?
You can reserve a unit 5 days in advance. There is a $50 reservation fee, which will be applied to your first month's rent once you sign a lease. If you do not sign a lease within 5 days, you forfeit the reservation fee.
How do I rent a unit?
Once you reserve a unit, we will call to make sure we put you in the unit that best fits your needs and complete the move in process. You will be in your unit within 10 minutes!

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
You will need the following information when renting a unit:
*Your full legal name
*Mailing address
*Email address
*Phone number
*Form of payment
*If storing a car, you will need proof of insurance
Do I need to provide my own lock?
Yes, you will need to provide your own lock. We recommend a disc style lock, which are sold at most hardware and big box stores.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
What security features do you offer?
Our facility is well-lit and under 24-hour video surveillance. There is also a manager onsite Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.
What do I need to do when I move out?
We require a 30 calendar day verbal or written notice of your intent to vacate the unit. You can submit your written notice by clicking on the "Contact Us" tab or call us at 920-437-1184 and let us know.
By the last calendar day of the month you rented, leave the space completely empty of all items, broom swept and unlocked.
